Because Korg does not officially distribute this internal system image on their Support Page
Insert the newly flashed MicroSD card back into the Korg Krome internal slot. Lock the bracket securely. Reattach the bottom panel and secure the screws. Plug in the power adapter and turn on the synthesizer.
Select your MicroSD card letter/drive as the target destination.
Degradation from years of loading global settings and data blocks.
Click the folder icon and select your downloaded korgkromeinnerstorageimage.img file.
Do not simply copy and paste the downloaded .img file onto your SD card. It must be written as a disk image. Insert your new MicroSD card into your computer. Open your disk imaging software (e.g., Win32 Disk Imager).
: Obtain a high-quality microSD card (SanDisk Ultra Class 10 is often recommended).
